Chinese History Museum


The building was built in 1912 and is located on the Kuching River Cliffs. Originally, it was used as a court by the Chinese people until 1921. After that, the building was taken over by the Chinese Trade Council.

In 1993, this historic building has been made the Museum of Chinese History which is now a source of information about the history of various Chinese peoples and educates the younger generation to appreciate all the struggles and values as encountered and instilled by the early pioneers.
