Client Charter


We aim to provide efficient, friendly and quality service in the following tasks:

1. Manage the production of;-

  • Licence to excavate and search antiquities and historical objects  within 30 working days.
  • Licence to excavate and search/salvage underwater heritage within 30 working days.
  • Antiquities Dealer’s Licence within 14 working days.
  • Antiquities Dealer’s Licence and renewal within 14 working days.
  • Permit to Use Detecting Device within 14 working days.
  • Permit to Carry Out Prohibited Acts within 14 working days.
  • Licence to Export Antiquities within 14 working days.
  • Registration of Antiquities within 14 working days.

2. Provide assistance and advisory services on museum;

  • Acknowledgement and response within 7 working days

3. Ensure the completed bills and claims to be paid within 14 working days from date of received.

4. Respond to customers’ complaints and reports expeditiously, accurately and courteously as follows;

  • Acknowledgement and response within 7 working days
​​​5. Respond to appropriate facilities and infrastructure queries towards customer satisfaction;
  • Acknowledgement and response within 7 working days
