Majlis Berbuka Puasa 2026 at Borneo Cultures Museum Restaurant
Tuesday, 3 March 2026 – The spirit of togetherness and brotherhood among the Sarawak Museum Department (JMS) staff continued to be fueled through the organization of the 2026 Berbuka Puasa Ceremony held at the Borneo Cultures Museum Restaurant. This meaningful program is the result of close collaboration between JMS and the JASAMU Club.
The ceremony was officiated by Mrs. Nancy Hj Jolhi, Director of the Sarawak Museum Department, who also spent time entertaining the staff in a very harmonious atmosphere. Before the breaking of the fast ceremony began, the Chairman of the JASAMU Club, Mr. Iswandi bin Junaidi, delivered a welcoming speech as a token of appreciation for the commitment of all members in making the club's activities a success throughout the year.
On the basis of concern, the ceremony was also graced with a session of presenting charitable contributions to staff who had lost family members and those who were being tested by health problems. As a complement to the joy ahead of Aidilfitri, Mrs. Director also presented gifts in the form of Raya biscuits to all staff.
The presence of JMS staff in this ceremony was not just to break the fast, but also became an important platform to strengthen the bond between colleagues.
