The National Level International Museum Day Festival 2025 was held from 23 to 29 July 2025 in Kedah Darul Aman, with various interesting programs and activities organized throughout the period.
Among the main events were the Well-being Dinner and the Official Opening Ceremony which was also attended by a contingent from Sarawak led by the Director of the Sarawak Museum Department, Puan Nancy Hj Jolhi, together with officers of the Sarawak Museum Department.
      The Opening Ceremony was officiated by His Royal Highness Al-Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah, and was also attended by His Royal Highness Tengku Sarafudin Badlishah Ibni Al-Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin, the Raja Muda of Kedah, as well as other distinguished guests.
      A thousand thanks are also extended to His Royal Highness the Raja Muda of Kedah for being willing to grace the Sarawak Museum Department exhibition booth.
    The participation of the Sarawak Museum Department in this celebration reflects its continued commitment to strengthening the network of cooperation between museums throughout the country as well as upholding the role of museums as institutions of knowledge, preservation and conservation of the nation's heritage.
