The delegates from ASEAN Tourism Committee Meetings (2024) visited the Borneo Cultures Museum
Wednesday, 6th March 2024 - The delegates from ASEAN Tourism Committee Meetings (2024) visited the Borneo Cultures Museum. After their tour of the various galleries, the delegates had the opportunity to participate in traditional Sarawak dance, experience playing the sape' instrument, and learn about how to make Sarawak bead necklaces.

We are proud to share that the Sarawak Museum Department is a key partner in the UNESCO Field Evaluation Mission. This mission will review some of Sarawak’s important cultural and natural sites. These include the Borneo Cultures Museum, Sungai Jaong Archeological Park and Tuang Schist Semeba.
