Sarawak Museum Department's 2024 Ramah Tamah Aidilfitri and Retiree Farewell Ceremony
Kuching - The Sarawak Museum Department has held the Sarawak Museum Department's 2024 Aidilfitri Retirement Farewell Ceremony at the 3rd Floor, Annex Building. The two retirees who were celebrated at the ceremony were Puan Jabedah binti Noh who had served for 26 years and Mr. Zaidi bin Sapawi who had served for 34 years. The ceremony began with a prayer and continued with a speech from the Director of the Sarawak Museum Department, Mrs. Nancy Jolhi. The Director also presented souvenirs to the retirees and then celebrated the birthdays of officers born in April and May.

We are proud to share that the Sarawak Museum Department is a key partner in the UNESCO Field Evaluation Mission. This mission will review some of Sarawak’s important cultural and natural sites. These include the Borneo Cultures Museum, Sungai Jaong Archeological Park and Tuang Schist Semeba.
